At Yoghi, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Return
•    You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
•    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
•    Returned items must include all original tags, accessories, and packaging materials.
•    Items that are damaged after delivery or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.


2. How to Request a Return
•    Email us at hello@yoghi.com with your order number and the reason for return.
•    Our support team will share simple return instructions.
•    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll confirm approval and process your refund.


3. Refund Process
•    Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
•    Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
•    Delivery fees (1 KWD) are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or sent in error.


4. Shipping & Delivery
•    We offer delivery on all orders starting from 5 KWD.
•    Standard delivery fee: 1 KWD.
•    Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered on the next working day.
•    Please note that Yoghi is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, so orders placed during those or Thursday will be delivered on the next available working day.
•    Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Non-Returnable Items
Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
•    If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
•    Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
•    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
