The Kaweco AC Sport was inspired by the contemporary sports car construction. The materials aluminium and carbon are at this point no longer just decorative elements, they influence many aspects of the dynamics and efficiency of a vehicle. These aspects are also applicable, when it comes to writing instruments: The refined, matt surface of the aluminium in vibrant colours is harmonious with the woven carbon fiber in a dark shade of grey. The materials are not just enhancing the design, but also the writing comfort by the pen’s surface feel and weight.

Kaweco managed to integrate vivacious emotions into the construction of this writing instrument. We proudly present the first Kaweco in “light-weight construction “: the AC Sport!

The AC Sport series offers three different writing systems: mechanical pencil, fountain pen and ball pen.

For the fountain pen, you can choose between five different nib sizes from extra fine to extra broad. While the extra fine nib (EF) is suitable for small and fine handwritings, the extra broad (BB) nib is often used for large, dramatic signatures. For beginners, we recommend the nib size medium (M). All nibs are produced in Germany.
